Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using MinusFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Do not share your login with others.

• Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings - access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.

All course content, videos, code, illustrations, and text are the property of MinusFlow or its instructors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Do not re-upload, redistribute, or resell any content.
• Do not use content to train AI models without written permission.
• Projects you build during a course belong to you.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other learners or staff.
• Post spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
• Use the service to build a competing product.

Violating these rules can result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination without refund.

• Individual courses: 14-day money-back guarantee if you've completed less than 25% of the material.
• Subscriptions: cancel anytime; no partial-period refunds.
• Team plans: refunds handled case-by-case; contact us.

MinusFlow is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about specific career outcomes, job placement, or income. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email and on the site at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
